HSBCnet’s Alerts service allows you to create scheduled alerts and assign recipients who will receive them specific events occur in HSBCnet. Recipients receive these alerts by email, SMS text message, and in the Alerts panel at the top of HSBCnet screens.
What’s changing?
From 22 April 2023, the below email alerts will be sent as follows:

Please note: the new email address will be used for customer profiles located outside of the Asia Pacific region only.

The sending email address for all other email alerts will remain unchanged.
What this means for you
To make sure you continue to receive all email alerts, we recommend that you review any email recipient lists or restrictions with your own IT specialists. If necessary, make arrangements to update your systems to allow emails from alert@info.hsbcnet.com.
