Last updated: 9 June 2022
We’re continuing to offer more self-service features in HSBCnet to make it easier for you to bank with us. HSBCnet users may submit servicing requests via HSBCnet, which will reduce the need for paper forms and branch visits.
We’ve introduced additional electronic request types in HSBCnet Message Centre. These requests will need to be authenticated using esign.

* This request type will not make changes to the account name in HSBCnet, which may have been requested to be set up with a modified name for ease of reference. ** Requests to amend mandate signatories will not add, remove or amend any HSBCnet users' access or permissions. Any changes to HSBCnet users and/or their permissions will need to be actioned separately by System Administrators via the User Management service. |
How does the process work?
Here’s where you’ll find the new forms in HSBCnet:
When you submit a request in Message Centre, you’ll be asked to input an email address and mobile phone number for each signatory authorised by the company mandate to approve the request. An email will be sent to those signatories, along with a one-time passcode to their mobile phone, so they can review and electronically sign the request.
If you use this new process, make sure you inform those signatories so that they’re aware they’ll be receiving the request by email from HSBC Operations (adobesign@adobesign.com).
Once all required signatories have approved the request, we’ll process it. We will advise you when the request has been completed or if we need any additional information.
What are the benefits?
What’s next?
Over the course of 2022, we’ll continue introducing new self-service request types in HSBCnet to help make it easier for you to request company and account changes.
Certain new request types may require mandate signatory authorisation. Where this is the case, any HSBCnet user that has the ‘Authorisation via mandate process’ permission will be able to submit the request in Message Centre. As such, we recommend that System Administrators regularly review users’ permissions and update, as needed.
