Client View: Introducing the new Transaction Capture tool launching 19 July 2020

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the intuitive new look and feel of the Transaction Capture tool in HSBCnet on 19 July 2020.

What’s changing?

With an intuitive and up-to-date design, the new screens offer improved menu navigation, enhanced search feature, as well as more accessible and customisable views.

With the new Transaction Capture tool, you’ll receive:

  1. The Client View menu is moving to the top of your screen, with clearly labelled tabs to make it easier for you to identify the available Client View services as they become available.
  2. An intuitive, more accessible, and up-to-date design to help you navigate through Transaction Capture, including new keyboard support.
  3. Use the ‘Customise view’ option to simplify and organise the columns and fields displayed in your Transaction Capture screens in fewer clicks.

What this means for you

You don’t need to do anything to access this new tool. If you already have permissions for the Transaction Capture tool, you’ll automatically receive permission to Transaction Capture in HSBCnet. To try them out, select the link in the banner at the top of Transaction Capture screens.
