Malaysia accounts: new ACH reports available 21 September

Last updated: 16 August 2019

Beginning 21 September, we’re introducing three new ACH reports for accounts in Malaysia. These new reports will be accessible and available to download through the Report and Files Download service.

The following new reports will be available from 21 September:

  1. Debit Authorisation report (Report ID: DDARPTR1)
This new daily report will be produced for PayNet Direct Debit* customers when your payer's authorisation is enabled, indicating that you can begin creating ACH Debit instructions for that payer.

  2. ACH Debit Transaction report (Report ID: ACHDRTRXR1)
Available as a machine-readable CSV file, this report will provide ACH Debit transaction information, such as the status and details of your ACH Debit payments.

  3. ACH Credit Transaction report (Report ID: ACHCRTRXR1)
Also available in a CSV format, this report provides ACH Credit transaction information including the status and details of your ACH Credit payments.

What do I need to do?

From 21 September, you’ll be able to find your Debit Authorisation, ACH Debit Transaction, and ACH Credit Transaction reports in the Report and Files Download service for your Malaysia account(s).

To be able to download the new reports, you'll need to have permissions to:

  1. Your Malaysia account(s) in the Account Information service,
  2. Account Level Reports in your Report and Files Download service, and
  3. Enquire, Create, or Authorise ACH Credit or ACH Debit transactions from your Malaysia accounts.

If you're missing any of the above permissions, we recommend contacting your HSBCnet System Administrator to make sure the proper access is in place prior to 21 September.
