Trade services: new dashboard coming soonLast updated: 25 November 2019 We’re pleased to introduce you to our new Trade dashboard, available in the coming weeks.* You can access the Trade dashboard directly from the main menu of the ‘Trade solutions’ service on HSBCnet. About the Trade dashboard The Trade dashboard is a new feature that provides a global summary of your trade transactions, notifications and actions in a fully interactive way using ‘widgets‘. A widget is like a ‘mini-report‘ that allows you to customise how you view your Trade positions. Here's what the new Trade dashboard will look like: (select image to enlarge) Each widget has interactive sections, which provide you with a more detailed view of your transactions (e.g. Outstanding transactions / Pending transactions pages) where you can also give further instructions to us. Initially, we’re bringing you the following four widgets:
Note: the above widgets are available based on the products/services you have access to, so you may not see all of them. What’s next? We’ll be offering you more widgets and features for the Trade dashboard over the coming months to give you optimal visibility on your transactions and actions. Updated Incoterms® coming in 2020: On 12 January 2020, we’ll be updating our Incoterms options when submitting a Documentary Credit (DC) application on HSBCnet. This will include the new Delivered at Place Unloaded (DPU) incoterm, while the Delivered at Terminal (DAT) incoterm will be removed. Find out more We’ve created the following introductory videos, available to you on NetPlus, to show you how to use these new features:
If you need further assistance, please contact your HSBC Trade representative.
