Poland accounts: upcoming changes to statements from 9 December 2019Last updated: 25 November 2019 On 9 December 2019, we’re updating our systems to offer you enhanced information on your HSBC Poland statements for both your Polish zloty (PLN) and foreign currency accounts. The changes we’re making on 9 December will provide you with more detailed information to assist you in reconciling your transactions. What this means for you Beginning 9 December, we’re introducing new transaction type codes for your Account Information statements that match what you see on statements for your other HSBC accounts. If you use ERP systems or automated account reconciliation programs for your electronic statements, you may be impacted. To ensure the on-going operation of your automated reconciliation processes, we recommend that you review your internal systems and, if required, update them. This change affects HSBCnet Account Information, exports to Excel files, Standard Reports available through Reports and Files Download, and Custom Reports created in Report Writer. The tables on the following pages outline the changes to customer references and narratives, and transaction type codes. If you have an automated reconciliation process in place for your Poland accounts, please review the detailed transaction type codes for Account Information and Statement reporting. Find out more If you have any questions about the upcoming statement changes in Poland, please contact your local HSBCnet Support Centre or your HSBC Poland representative.
