Learn more about why we’re upgrading your Client ViewClient View currently runs on Adobe Flash Technology (a web design language). Adobe have announced that Flash will no longer be supported by web browsers after 2020. As such, we’re upgrading HSS Client View from using Adobe Flash to HTML5 design language so that your services won’t be affected when the switch occurs. We’re also making the Client View updates in support of ongoing changes we’re making to improve your HSBCnet experience. Microsoft (and other browsers including Google, Mozilla and Apple) will phase out Flash and will remove the ability to run Adobe Flash in Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer across all supported versions of Microsoft Windows. By the end of 2020, you will no longer have any ability to enable or run Flash in Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer across all supported versions of Microsoft Windows.
