Customers with accounts domiciled in Europe: Message Centre service is coming March 2019

From 25 March 2019, you’ll be able use HSBCnet’s Message Centre service to raise general requests and payment queries related to your accounts held in the following countries:

  • Belgium
  • Ireland
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands
  • Switzerland

The following Message Centre services will be available for accounts in the above countries:

Message Centre services

General Query*

Allows you to submit general requests directly to HSBC

Payment Investigations

Submit a trace to find out the status of payments you’ve submitted on HSBCnet

Payment Amendments

Submit amendment requests to amend or change certain information for a payment already submitted on HSBCnet

Payment Cancellation/Recall

Submit cancellation/recall requests for payments submitted on HSBCnet

* General Query service is only available in Luxembourg

 

What do I need to do?

Access to the Message Centre service will be automatically granted to all HSBCnet users with payment authorisation permissions for accounts in the above countries. If you’d like to make any changes to the permissions, or grant permissions to additional users, please contact your System Administrator.

Please note, all Message Centre services (except General queries) require two users to submit a request. One user creates the request and another user must approve it.
