What do I need to do? Access to the Message Centre service will be automatically granted to all HSBCnet users with payment authorisation permissions for accounts in the above countries. If you’d like to make any changes to the permissions, or grant permissions to additional users, please contact your System Administrator. Please note, all Message Centre services (except General queries) require two users to submit a request. One user creates the request and another user must approve it.
