Accounts in Malaysia: new Alias Management service coming to HSBCnet in January 2019Last updated: 19 November 2018 As previously communicated, we’re updating HSBCnet to support the new DuitNow payments service in Malaysia. PayNet (the DuitNow operator) recently advised us that the DuitNow Pay-to-Proxy service will now be available starting from 9 December 2018. Starting from 13 January 2019, you’ll also be able to manage your proxy (known on HSBCnet as an alias) through HSBCnet. How do I manage a proxy for my organisation’s account(s) in Malaysia on HSBCnet? Starting 13 January 2019, you can register, delink, and deactivate your Business Registration Number (BRN) as your proxy on HSBCnet to receive payments via DuitNow Pay-to-Proxy.
