Benefits of using Message Centre services:

  • A comprehensive dashboard provides an overview of your Message Centre activities.
  • Secure electronic submission of your documentation - our secure authentication and TLS (128-bit) encryption makes sure your valuable data is protected.
  • Fast response times on HSBCnet for your requests - no more waiting for email replies.
  • Requests are automatically sent to dedicated HSBC teams to action.
  • Track the status of your payment investigations and other queries.
  • Digitally sign documents for ACH services using LiveSign.*

What do I need to do?

Your System Administrator must assign permissions to your users to access Message Centre services.

Please note, all Message Centre services (except General queries) require two users to submit a request. One user creates the request and another user must approve it.

If your System Administrator is unable to assign Message Centre user permissions, please contact your HSBC Representative to request that they’re added to your organisation’s HSBCnet profile.

If you have any questions, or would like additional information, please contact your local HSBCnet Support Centre.

* LiveSign is an alternative to providing your signature on paper. LiveSign allows you to provide a secure digital signature on HSBCnet documents related to your UAE accounts. This feature is currently available for ACH services in the Message Centre service
