File Upload service: new daily transaction limit for Pre-Authorised payment filesLast updated: 19 February 2018 As previously communicated, all Pre-Authorised payment files will be subject to File Upload daily transaction limit(s) on HSBCnet. To give you more time to prepare for this change, we’ve extended the effective date to 8 April 2018. From 8 April, instructions within Pre-Authorised payment files that exceed your organisation’s File Upload daily transaction limit will be rejected. Customers in Canada: This change doesn’t apply to Canadian customers at this time. Before the new daily transaction limit is introduced in Canada, we’ll contact you to advise of the effective date.
