Information on HSBCnet service maintenance windows

calendar_iconBelow is a calendar of our planned maintenance windows for the next three months during which there will be a full HSBCnet maintenance period to accommodate maintenance work.*

At times it is necessary to schedule non-regular maintenance windows to perform special types of maintenance. Notification of both planned and unplanned maintenance windows will also be posted to the HSBCnet Service Updates section.

*Maintenance window dates, beginnings and ends may be subject to change (with notice) to accommodate maintenance requirements.

Note: in the week prior to a service maintenance period, a Service Update banner confirming the maintenance window will be available post-logon in HSBCnet. Please review this information in advance of any planned maintenance period to confirm the date and time.

HSBCnet service interruption notice – Asia Pacific/Middle East regions

Due to system maintenance, some HSBCnet services will be temporarily unavailable on 18 March from 2:45 - 7:00am (HKT) and 25 March from 2:45 - 7:00 am (HKT).  All customers will be able to log in to HSBCnet during this time with limited services.

* When attempting to access these services during the maintenance period, you will receive either an error message or the service will timeout. Please try again after the maintenance period is over.

For HSBC Connect customers, payment acknowledgement files may be delayed during this maintenance period.

We don’t expect any disruption to HSBCnet services for customers accessing accounts domiciled outside Asia Pacific/Middle East regions, or other HSBCnet services, during this time.

We expect all HSBCnet services to resume to normal after the maintenance is completed.
