Customers with Trade services: updated online application termsLast updated: 28 August 2017 We are currently in the process of updating the HSBCnet online application terms for HSBCnet trade finance products. This update supports the new Global Trade and Receivables Finance “Standard Trade Terms”, when they become applicable in your jurisdiction. As part of this update, on 10 September, you will see updated HSBCnet screens that will refer to these new terms for trade transactions. HSBCnet screens will also include a link to the full Standard Trade Terms, when they are available in your country. The trade terms have not yet changed, only the reference on the HSBCnet screens. We are releasing the Standard Trade Terms on a country-by-country basis and you will be informed separately through your current relationship channels prior to their introduction. We expect the Standard Trade Terms to be available in Hong Kong, China, Singapore UAE and USA by the end of 2017. Other countries will follow in 2018.
