Information on HSBCnet service maintenance windowsLast updated: 16 October 2017 Below is a calendar of our planned maintenance windows for the next three months during which there will be a full HSBCnet maintenance period to accommodate maintenance work.* At times it is necessary to schedule non-regular maintenance windows to perform special types of maintenance. Notification of both planned and unplanned maintenance windows will also be posted to the HSBCnet Service Updates section.
*Maintenance window dates, beginnings and ends may be subject to change (with notice) to accommodate maintenance requirements. Note: in the week prior to a service maintenance period, a Service Update banner confirming the maintenance window will be available post-logon in HSBCnet. Please review this information in advance of any planned maintenance period to confirm the date and time. *Cancelled* HSBCnet service interruption notice – Asia Pacific/Middle East regions Due to system maintenance, some HSBCnet services will be temporarily unavailable on 22 October from 2:45 - 7:00 am (HKT) and 29 October from 2:45 - 7:00 am (HKT). All customers will be able to log in to HSBCnet during this time with limited services.
While you will be able to log in to HSBCnet during this time, the following table outlines how specific HSBCnet services will be impacted depending on where you, and your accounts, are located.
We don’t expect any disruption to HSBCnet service for customers accessing accounts domiciled outside Asia Pacific/Middle East regions, or other HSBCnet services, during this time. We expect all HSBCnet services to resume to normal after the maintenance is completed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
