Customers with accounts in the UK: new Automatic Account Registration service

Effective 1 May 2017, the new Automatic Account Registration service is available for your accounts domiciled in the UK. Once this option is enabled, all of your existing and new accounts will automatically be loaded to HSBCnet with reporting features, without the need to manually submit requests via amendment forms or contacting your HSBC representative.

The following account types in the UK are included in the Automatic Account Registration service at this time:

  • Business Current Accounts
  • Savings
  • Loans
  • Money Market
  • Foreign Currency Accounts
  • Credit Cards (with prefix – 486483)

After the accounts are added, System Administrators can choose to entitle users to accounts as needed.

Please note, you will continue to be able to remove accounts from your HSBCnet profile by submitting a request via Message Centre service.
