Customers with accounts in Egypt: enhanced payment statuses for ACH Credit payments

Effective 19 March 2017, payment statuses are being enhanced for debit accounts in Egypt to provide you with more information about your ACH Credit transactions on HSBCnet.

As part of this enhancement, you will see the following new payment status indicators in the Payment Summary service on HSBCnet:

New ACH Credit payment statuses for accounts in Egypt, effective 19 March
Partially processed
Partially processed with exceptions
Processed by bank
Processed by bank with exceptions
Rejected by bank
Cancelled by customer
Current ACH Credit payment statuses for accounts in Egypt
Validated by bank
Validated by bank with rejections

Selecting the Status link of a payment will allow you to view individual Beneficiary payment status for each transaction in your ACH Credit payment.

Payment status alerts for Egypt accounts
In addition to the above enhancements, you can set up updated ACH payment status alerts for yourself and other Users that are entitled to Customer Alerts service and accounts in Egypt.

As of 19 March, select HSBCnet customers will be automatically setup to receive mandatory payment status alerts for accounts in Egypt. You can review and confirm your scheduled alerts by accessing My Alerts service on HSBCnet. Mandatory payment status alerts are setup automatically for customers with specific HSBCnet control requirements.
