Customers with accounts in Mexico: update to ACH Credit labels in the Payments service

Effective 12 June 2017, users who have Mexican Spanish selected as their preferred language on HSBCnet will see a change to ACH Credit labels for payments in Mexico. Créditos ACH will be renamed Pago de Nómina – Pagos TEF. This change will be reflected on screens, such as the Create Payment Instruction and Create Payment Template.

As part of this change, your payment templates will also be updated (as applicable) without any action being required by you. For questions about the updated labels, please contact your local HSBCnet Support Centre.
