Manage your payments through the Message Centre

You can submit service requests through the Message Centre quickly and easily.

  • Get more information about a payment by submitting a General Query
  • Cancel a payment by sending a cancellation request
  • Ask us to look into a transaction by opening a payment investigation

After we receive your request, we’ll do everything necessary to complete it and keep you updated by email. You can also track the progress of your request in your message history.

If you’re unable to create a message, check with your System Administrator to make sure you have permission to use the Message Centre.
