Customers with File Upload service: updated display for Instruction Level Authorisation paymentsLast updated: 4 April 2017 Effective 3 April, when reviewing your pending and processed Instruction Level Authorisation (ILA) payments submitted via File Upload, you may see a colon “:” separating the Name and Address information. ILA payment instructions that contain a Beneficiary name greater than 35 characters and a Beneficiary address greater than 70 characters will be displayed with a separating colon “:” on HSBCnet’s Authorisation summary and Payment summary screens. This update will also apply for the Ordering Party name and address section (if applicable). What types of payments are impacted by this update? |
