Enhanced Reporting for Malaysian RENTAS payments

Effective 22 October 2016, we are enhancing the quality of statements for inward remittances via RENTAS posted on Malaysia accounts. The usual Customer Reference of ‘NONREF’ will be replaced with the actual Customer Reference, currently only visible within the Additional Narrative. These changes will enrich HSBCnet Account Information services, including the Export feature into formats such as PDF and Excel.

Please note, that electronic statements downloaded from HSBCnet Report and File Download service will not be impacted by this enhancement.
