Receivables analytics for RMSEffective immediately, Receivables Management Service (RMS) customers will have the option to use the Receivables Analytics service in HSBCnet to view historical data, trends and patterns on collection activities. Receivables Analytics shows the trend in collection transaction value/volume for a specified time period in the current year compared to the same period in the previous year; it also allows information to be broken down into payment channels, payors and transaction details.
