Customers with accounts in Mexico: Proof of Operation reports on HSBCnet
Effective 20 June 2016, and in compliance with dispositions of Financial Reforms relating to Proof Of Operation, new and updated HSBCnet reports will be available for download for your Mexico domiciled accounts. Proof Of Operation reports will provide the following details about transactions on your accounts:
- Originating Institution of transaction
- Transaction ID
- Amount of transaction
- Transaction Processing Date
- Transaction Processing Time (MX)
- Transaction type
- Debit account
- Fee (When applicable), and
- Exchange Rate (When applicable)
- Foot note containing the name of the institution that issued the PDF Report
(HSBC México, S.A- Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero HSBC)
As of 20 June 2016, Proof of Operation report will also be available for download via PDF or Print icons on Payment Details screens after authorising Priority Payments, Inter-Account Transfers and SPEI Payments from your Mexico domiciled accounts.

Effective 20 June 2016, System Administrators are required to grant entitlements to Users who will be downloading Proof of Operation reports via the Reports and File Download entitlement screen by selecting the appropriate report check boxes.
