Sneak preview of the new HSBCnet Trade solutions

Trade services’ will now be called ‘Trade solutions’ on the new screens. We’re adding new features and improving your experience, starting with the features and services that you use most. Here are the new and enhanced Trade features that you’ll see:

1. New Import DCs, Import bills, and Buyer loans pages

Updated design allows you to see everything on one page with expandable sections, with on-screen status updates to show you what you need to complete.
Get real-time feedback about any invalid characters or errors as you type.
On-screen prompts and Help icons throughout the page make it easier for you to complete applications and help you provide accurate information.
Attach supporting files/documents in your application forms.

2. Global view of your live transactions for Import DCs, Import bills and Buyer loans

View all your locations and accounts in one page.
Customise your view based on your needs.
Intuitive search feature allows you to look up transactions using your own reference numbers.
Export to Excel and create your own customised reports.
Follow the status of your transactions as we process them.

3. Authorise Import DC, Import bill and Buyer loan transactions through ‘Pending transactions’

The screens will show transactions based on your role in transaction processing.
Check, repair, and authorise transactions in your organisation’s approval chain.
Use the ‘Show all transactions’ view to monitor where your transaction is in the approval chain.
Customise your view based on your needs.

4. New Trade dashboard to provide you with a cockpit view of your transactions

A series of widgets that summarise your tasks and actions, as well as other information that’s important to you (ie. due dates, your actions, etc.).
Customise both the dashboard and the widgets according to your preferences.
Fully interactive dashboard - one click takes you into a detailed view of your transactions.
