Required user entitlements for beneficiary registration
All of the below entitlements are currently available for System Administrators to grant to users.
File Upload service:
Users who upload Payment Beneficiary files need to be granted access via the File Upload entitlement screen by selecting the Payment Beneficiary checkbox in the ‘Pre-auth level’ column.

Reports and Files Download service:
Users who upload Payment beneficiary files also need to be entitled to the Payment Beneficiary Upload Report in the Reports and Files download entitlement screen.

Report Writer service:
Users who need to schedule/generate Beneficiary records report need to be entitled to the Report Writer service.
